And the Run is celebrating 10 years of helping children in the Valley through Ryan House. The Run offers a Half Marathon, 10K, 5K, 1-Mile Family Fun Run and Team Fundraising all to support children with life-threatening conditions.
What: Registration is open for the 10th Annual Run for Ryan House at DC Ranch. Coursing through the McDowell Mountain foothills and wrapped by inspiring mountain and Valley views, the Run for Ryan House at DC Ranch has something for every level of runner: a Half Marathon, 10K, 5K and 1-Mile Family Fun Run. The run also offers team fundraising and fundraising incentives. Celebrating its 10thanniversary, the run supports Ryan House, a home-like setting designed to provide short-term overnight respite stays as well as end-of-life care for Valley children with life-threatening conditions.

New program gives kids the opportunity to give back and receive community service credit.
PHOENIX (August 13, 2013) – Ryan House, a Phoenix-based nonprofit that provides respite, palliative and end-of-life care to Arizona children facing life-threatening conditions, has introduced its new Kids for Ryan House program.
This community engagement program offers children the opportunity to make a difference through projects that help Ryan House children and families.
