Help Us Welcome Pepper Kincaid-Sizer and Tami Guthrie to Our Team!

We are thrilled to announce the newest additions to the Ryan House team; our new Donor Relations Officer, Pepper Kincaid-Sizer (left), and our new Executive Assistant, Tami Guthrie (right).

With 15 years of experience selling and servicing companies across the Valley, Pepper will oversee strategic fund development and management of our Individual Giving program. She will also assist with our annual Community Breakfast and other special events.

No stranger to Ryan House, Pepper has been a volunteer for a few years now whipping up some of the most delicious recipes in our kitchen for our families and staff almost every week. And, she’s also been very involved in several committees. Anyone that knows her, knows she has tremendous amount of love and passion for Ryan House which stems from her own personal experience growing up with a sibling who had life-limiting disabilities. Her connection to the house and understanding the impact that fundraising has on our families’ lives is why she’s eager to take on this new role.

Tami comes to Ryan House from Hospice of the Valley’s NE Clinical Office where she was most recently the Office Manager. She has an extensive background in hospice and pre-hospice palliative care stemming from her role as Transitions Case Manager at Central Wyoming Hospice in Casper, WY as well as her personal experience with her father, who passed away on HOV services in 1997.

She has a BA degree in sociology from the University of Wyoming and brings a plethora of skills and experience to her new role as Executive Assistant including grant writing, public education and facilitating health fairs. She is extremely excited to be part of our team and share her enthusiasm, commitment and skills with our community. And, we are just as excited to have her on board!

The next time you’re at the house, be sure to stop by, say hi and introduce yourself!
